Our Interest

Tell us about the Situation, what was the Task you had, what was the Action you took, and what were the Results you achieved. It’s known as the STAR method.

Interview

We have a comprehensive five-round interview process. After each interview, the team will review and you will progress through the process. Some of the later interviews will be in person in our office in Zürich. Here, you will have quality time with the whole team and some team members individually. Interviews are two way streets. Please interview us as well if we are a fit for you. If you can’t imagine it – we may just not be the best match for you.

5) Exploring Working Together



Exploration

It helps us see how you work, think, engage, and conduct some tasks. We’ll be sure to ask you some questions, which you will answer in a video or writing. We prefer a video to see your communication skills and interaction. At that stage, you will also experience how we interact with you and how this may be in the future. BlueCallom Coin Economy Update

Good news! The cost of AI compute power has decreased significantly with GPT-4o, which means we can now offer you more affordable access to our services. The average prompt cost has dropped from approximately 1,000 CallomCoins (CC) to 500 CC, allowing you to explore GPTBlue with fewer coins. GPTBlue Stardust Release Part 3: Enhancing User Experience

 

The Stardust release continues to bring groundbreaking features to GPTBlue, and we’re excited to introduce the latest enhancements designed to improve user experience and streamline interactions. Here’s what you can expect from the new GPTBlue Management features:

 

 

 

 

3.1 Introducing the In-App Feedback System

We’re thrilled to announce the release of the In-App Feedback System, providing a direct communication channel between you, the GPTBlue Community, and our engineering team. This system allows users to report bugs, feature requests or general feedback, which are then reviewed, prioritized, and assigned by our team.

 

 

FEEDBACK ICON & LINK
You find the feedback icon on every tile in the system. Click on it and a popup page opens where you can provide the feedback.

Each link is intelligent enough to know which page and which tile you clicked so it is easy for the team to identify the source. Try it out

How It Works

When the feedback popup shows, you would usually share the content with other GPTBlue users so they don’t report the same over and over. But you can switch to “Team Only” so only the BlueCallom support team can see it – red arrow.

Feedback Type
It would be helpful if you can let us know whether you see it as a bug, meaning this most likely needs to be fixed quickly, or a feature request where you have a good idea for an additional feature or function, or a change request where you suggest an existing function should be changed. Finally, you can provide us with any feedback, how you like a feature, find it helpful or not, and so forth. Feedback is the tip in a good restaurant 🙂 – at least in some cultures (Left blue arrow).

Priority
You can also help us with a priority. Of course, everything is the highest priority. So here is a guidance:
P1  System is cracked, or Security breach.
P2  Top priority, it’s too hard to continue your work on GPTBlue
P3  Need to fixed, implemented, explored as soon as possible
P4  Take your time but let me know what’s up

3.2 Reviewing Your Feedback

You can review your submitted feedback at any time by accessing the “My Settings” button. This section includes your profile, preferences, feedback, and messages. When reviewing your feedback, you have the option to revoke entries, close items that are no longer relevant, or express concerns if something didn’t work out as expected.

3.3 Enhancing Collaboration with Messaging

At BlueCallom, we highly value collaboration and efficient communication. While email is a useful tool, we see the advantage of keeping all Gen-AI related development work and customer interactions in one place. That’s why we’ve introduced in-app messaging. This feature facilitates faster exchanges and includes feedback from users directly within GPTBlue.

 

Click on “New” to create a message and select a username of a user in the system.and craft your message and send it. Very simple – no overhead.

You see the messages you sent, of course the messages you received. You can reply, forward, stare, delete them.

3.4 Corporate OrgChart for Enterprise Management

In preparation for the GPTBlue Enterprise Edition launch, we’ve added enterprise features such as the Corporate OrgChart. This feature displays the organizational structure of an enterprise, allowing system managers to assign specific roles to users for focused functionalities. In the upcoming releases, we will include enterprise-grade analytics and management dashboards.

In this GPTBlue Stardust release, you can already see the structural design, how easy it is to add organizations, connect them with their next higher organization and allow business units, country offices, and departments to add to any existing unit. Clicking on a unit shows all details including the person responsible. Visibility can be individually set up.

3.5 Chat Mode: A New Dimension of Interaction

GPTBlue now supports a chat mode similar to ChatGPT, allowing users to interact with GPT-4. Unlike public models, GPTBlue is private, and user data is not used for training. Users can ask about previous conversations, thanks to our new “Long-Term-Memory-Brain” function, which retains the conversation over time.

We’re also developing a collaborative chat mode where multiple users can join and leave conversations as needed, including the AI. Initial tests have been impressive, showcasing the AI’s ability to summarize discussions seamlessly.

 

While initially a nice add-on, we see an interesting use case for multi-participant chats with an AI in team meetings, Team brainstorming with an AI, solution discussion, crisis management, and more. Given other priorities, it will take a bit but it gives you the horizon we are drawing.

3.6 Additional Updates and Fixes

3.6.1 Prompt Removal

We’ve fixed a bug that prevented users from removing prompts from their personal library. Now, you can easily remove prompts using an icon in the library. Your own prompts can be removed in the studio.

3.6.2 User Analytics Update

User analytics have been overhauled. In advanced mode on your GPTBlue IO page, you can see detailed usage statistics, including how often specific prompts were used and your personal usage patterns.

GPTBlue Stardust Release Part 2: No-Code Survey Prompt and Agent

Welcome to GPTBlue Stardust Part 2. With the introduction of our no-code strategy, we started with a no-code custom model feature that makes clear how far no-code can go and supersede any kind of programming language, also in the future. And part of the Stardust Release is also the first prompt that will advance to a powerful multiagent application. 

This new Survey Prompt / Agent is a revolutionary feature set to transform the way organizations gather and process feedback. This feature is also part of another, broader vision of ours: GPTBlue Agents. Leveraging our cutting-edge Agent Architecture to streamline and enhance surveys in general is just the first step. Our future Neuro Agents continue our effort in the Neuro-AI-Fusion research and development work.

Ushering in the GPTBlue Agent Era

The Survey Prompt and Agent are just the beginning of a new era in agent design. Although we’re in the early stages and will announce our full Agent Technology in the coming weeks, the survey prompt serves as a Trailblazer, showcasing the potential of our new architecture.

Agent 001 – For surveys done right. 

Conducting internal surveys to seek inputs for increasing efficiency has been done for decades with only medium to no success. Great successes are rare across industries and countries. One of the biggest challenges are the way teammates articulate a problem, sharing it and how it can be turned into something valuable. Moreover, there are conflicting understandings and conflicting perspectives. Thousands of feedback have been given but it was too hard to make sense out of it. Individual interviews in a company with 1,000 employees and hundreds of issues would generate hundreds of thousands of hard to read feedback. 

Agent 001 is a prompt/agent that can be given to hundreds or thousands of employees with a question like “What are the most boring and time consuming jobs that you would like to give to an AI?”. The response handling of GPTBlue is now profoundly different. It tries to understand the response in the context of the tasks, and shows its understanding back to the user. The user is asked if what the GPTBlue understood is right. If not, the user edits the response of the AI and returns it again. The iterative process can go on for a few more times until the user gives up on himself or the final response from GPTBlue is accepted. The response is not only the understanding but a structured content that can easily be compared with and assessed against thousands of other feedback. This is something that could have never been done before with freeform surveys. But only a free form can return a real problem that may have been completely unknown.

The name Agent 001 signifies that it is the first task any employee should undertake before any AI strategy is even formed.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Like in Part one of the announcement blog post, the Survey Prompt can be selected by a switch and be “programmed” like a prompt in natural language. No coding needed.

The power is in the background when survey responses are evaluated by an AI.

How the Survey Agent Works

The Survey Prompt is a sophisticated, chained BluePrompt that combines human-stimulated and autonomous prompts. It also utilizes function calls for complete execution, ensuring a seamless and efficient process. Here’s a step-by-step look at how it works:

Those who are familiar with GPTBlue know that each prompt object has a specific functionality in the prompt. Here it is the selected Survey Task functionality (blue arrow).
The survey task is “programmed” with No-Code in natural language (English, French, Italian, German, Vietnamese… and many other languages). Two internal prompts handle the process as you see the process below. A second field asks for the manager who will receive the survey report, processed by yet another autonomous prompt.

  1. Initial Feedback Request: The first prompt component asks employees for their feedback.
  2. Feedback Review: The second prompt component reviews the feedback received.
  3. Clarification Check: The third component asks users if their feedback has been correctly understood.
  4. Iterative Feedback Editing: Users can edit their feedback in an iterative manner (BluePrompt).
  5. Revised Feedback Review: The fourth component reviews the edited feedback and asks if it is now correct.
  6. Feedback Loop: This process repeats until the feedback is satisfactory.
  7. Storage for Processing: The fifth component stores the final feedback for later processing with another agent.
  8. Email Notification: The sixth component (prompt) crafts an email and sends it via function call to a designated survey manager.
  9. Further Processing: The seventh component stimulates another agent to assess all incoming survey responses, guiding the process to an AI-generated solution that eventually is built by approximately 5 agents and 30+ internal prompts within the agents.
  10. No-Code allows prompts to interact with humans at any given point of time. The human actors stay in control whenever desired. This makes no-code agents as close to humans or as autonomous as the agent users want – not the developer, unless it is suppressed.

No-Code Survey Agent: Available Now

The No-Code Survey Agent as described above is available now. It is another BluePrompt that would not work on conventional GPT systems due to its sophistication. However, it requires no programming skills and can be used out of the box. Just select “Survey Prompt” on, and you can use that prompt/agent like other BluePrompts already do.

From Prompt to Agent

You just experienced the smooth and gradual path from prompt to agent. The first prompt of that kind was already introduced on Feb 8, when we launched GPTBlue. At that point, Agents were not widely understood so we called them “BluePrompts”. 

New Prompt / Agent Functionality

As prompts and agents become more sophisticated, we’ve added a feature allowing prompt authors to provide descriptions and guidance on how users should interact with the prompts or agents. This is done in the GPTBlue Studio during development, ensuring that users receive clear instructions alongside the prompt name, and description in the GPTBlue AI user interface.

New Prompt and Agent Segmentation

After extensive research and user feedback, we’ve completed the business segmentation for prompts. Any prompt can now be classified into up to three segments, such as Management, Marketing, or Finance. This classification is also handled by the prompt or agent author in the GPTBlue Studio.

In the Main Library on the GPTBlue Home, users can search for specific business segments, making it easier to find solutions that match their needs. We encourage all prompt authors to update their prompts accordingly and take advantage of the Prompt Doctor—a library tool that enhances prompt content.

SUMMARY

BlueCallom’s GPTBlue Stardust release is the start of a new era of agent development. Several of our “BluePrompts” were designed like agents but simple enough to easily handle it with no description. Prompt engineers who built highly complex agents needed to code those agents. For us who are committed to ‘no-code’, it took and takes a bit more effort to make no-code agents for any situation.  Welcome to GPTBlue Stardust Part 1. This first major release is ushering in a sophisticated no-code approach. Debates over no-code are as old as software development. Whenever it had a peak, a better and more sophisticated programming language entered the scene. But that is profoundly different today: The Programming Language is now our natural language. And this is where no-code really just starts.     Use the demo prompt, where a report was already uploaded and ask questions regarding the ESG Report. Here you find the publicly available Syngenta ESG report

  2. CREATE YOUR OWN
    * Go to the GPTBlue IO, switch to “advanced” mode and make your own copy of the demo prompt.
    * You will automatically land in the GPTBlueStudio and have the prompt as source code accessible. You will notice it is on Auto Save, OpenSource, and Custom Model enabled.
    * Click on “Manage Model” and a popup page opens where you can upload your own document (PDF), see red arrow. Then click Save and Train. The AI accessibility may vary so it may take a bit when jobs are scheduled. It may take up to 10 minutes to train the model.
    * You will see the Training Status below, see blue arrow.
    * If you need to pass more documents to the same model, just add more to that same model.
    * If you have multiple models, select the one you want to retrain or remove., see green arrow.
    * You have different access levels within your organization, or you can make it public.
