A Reminder for Radiology Claims

When submitting radiology claims, please remember to list the date the service is provided for both technical and professional components.

As an example, if a mammogram is performed on Monday, December 1, but the images are not read and interpreted until Tuesday, December 2, the date of service on the claim for the technical component is December 1.  The date of service for the professional component is December 2.
