Update: New Implementation Date for FEP Claims Processing Enhancements

As we informed you last June via Provider News, we are transitioning all Federal Employee Program (FEP) claims processing functions from our legacy system to our Power MHS system.  The new effective date for this claims processing system migration for FEP claims will be April 27, 2013.

Making the move to the newer Power MHS system allows us to provide better service, expedite claims transactions, improve accuracy, and reduce the costs associated with the many manual processes required for FEP claims processing on the older system.
