Chiara has been with the company since starting as a Marketing Intern, progressing to Marketing Manager, and now taking on the role of Partner Manager. In this position, she works on building meaningful partnerships and supporting existing partners, contributing to the company’s growth through collaboration and shared success.

Christian is leading BlueCallom’s Product directions and strategy. His profound know-how about innovation management and how innovative solutions accelerate businesses of all traits, provided valuable insights to the group. He was almost 10 years with Johnson & Johnson, at last Senior Director of Innovation. He is also the co-founder of T-Oncology AG.
Jan Roebkes
Customer Care Manager
Jan is focusing on the success of our customers with BlueCallom business solutions. He manages to organize the necessary insights and resources to make our customers successful with our innovative business solutions. In this responsibility, he is coordinating project timelines, commitments and resources.
Marita Schultze
Co-founder & COO
Marita is the Co-founder and COO of BlueCallom and also responsible for developing our business partner network. She oversees the partner program development, partner selection and onboarding, and integrating partners into the BlueCallom ecosystem. At present, she is enabling GPTBlue Prompt Development partners, and Generative-AI business solution consultants. Prior to that, she was a four-time entrepreneur, with four exits, three of them together with her husband, Axel Schultze.
Stefania Randazzo
Marketing Manager
Stefania leads BlueCallom’s digital marketing strategies, bringing a wealth of experience in digital transformation and brand management. With over a decade of expertise, she has successfully led marketing projects across diverse industries, notably at Webrepublic and Growithy. She excels in crafting comprehensive digital strategies, guiding customer journey mapping, and managing complex marcom projects.
Tanja Sopcic
Office Manager
Tanja is the first go-to-point for most initial contacts and coordinates inquiries within the organization and our teams in the field. She handles all back-office work, including accounting.
Tanzeem Mohd
Chief Technology Officer
Tanzeem brings in over 2 decades of extensive IT experience, driving complex technology programs globally in all facets of IT and varied domains. He led the execution of many transformation, technology upgrade, and migration programs. He is well-versed and excels at realizing unique architectures and web-based SaaS applications.

Matthes Fleck Ph.D.
Advisory Board Member
Prof. Dr. Matthes Fleck, Director of the Institute of communication and Marketing (IKM), Professor for digital business. Prof Fleck holds a Phd. from the University of St. Gallen. His research focus is on peer-to-peer networks, digital innovation management and platform economy. Matthes teaches on executive and consecutive level at Lucerne School of Business, University of St. Gallen, University of Zurich and BI Oslo. Since 2015 he is working in cooperation with BlueCallom and is a board member of the World Innovation Forum.
Thomas Kern
Advisory Board Member
Thomas Kern holds a master in computer science from ETH Zürich and an EMBA from HSG St. Gallen. He is Head Core Compliance Services at Credit Suisse. In current client relationships Thomas leads several digital transformation initiatives for major financial institutions with the objective to optimize innovation processes and apply design thinking together with agile software development to capture the business value of the digital transformation.
Wolfgang Rieder
Advisory Board Member
Wolfgang is Advisory Board Member of BlueCallom Corp. He is helping structure the commercial aspects of BlueCallom, in particular on the sales side and helping scale the organization. He essentially made his career at IBM and PwC where he became a partner and had several top leadership roles.
