Reason for cancellation
Since you purchased your plan through HealthCare.gov, you will need to cancel it on HealthCare.gov.
Please contact your Group Administrator or Human Resources department to cancel your plan.
If you want to take members off your plan without cancelling it, you can send a request through Blue Connect, our secure member site:
Log in to Blue Connect and go to your Inbox*
Click the Compose button
Select Cancel My Plan as your message topic
Fill out the request form (we'll walk you through it and load your information automatically)
Click the Submit button

If you don't have access to Blue Connect, please call Customer Service.
